WELCOME TO THE FRIENDSHIP 7 CONDOMINIUMS - UNIT # 7

    In case we forgot to touch base during check in, these are the condo
regulations:

• Unit # 7 is a NON-SMOKING UNIT ! There is an ashtray outside of the unit
  for smoking
• Leave the sand at the beach. Wash the sand off before coming into the
  unit. Sand spoils the carpets and clogs drains  There is a foot wash on the
  1st floor near the laundry room in the alleyway. Dry off before entering the
  room
• Please do not hang wet towels or bathing suits on the railings. Use the
  clotheslines or dryers
• Please do not take glass, gum or sticky candy to the pool area or walk
  ways
• Turn off lights, TV, and air conditioner anytime you leave the unit.
  Be sure all windows and doors are closed when the air conditioner is on
• Remember to recycle. It is our law in New Jersey. There are three garbage
  cans in the room: one for glass, plastic and aluminum. The other is for all
  other garbage. Please take out all trash, glass, plastic and aluminum to
  their respective trash bins in the back of the condo building before you
  leave
• Do not take room blankets to the beach or pool
• If there is anything wrong with the room please let the management staff
  know in the office
  
  Pool Regulations
   
• Children in diapers must wear swim diapers
• No swimming alone. Two or more persons must be present
• No glass is permitted in pool area
• Please clean barbecue grill after use
• Please do not feed seagulls!
  
  Parking Regulations
   
• Parking facilities confined to one car per unit. Additional cars must be
  parked on the street. Please observe parking lines. Please make sure parking tags are visible on dash

Please cooperate by keeping Unit # 7 neat and orderly. The owner, at a great deal of expense, has tried to make the Unit as nice as possible to make you feel at home while at the shore. Please respect the property.

The staff works very hard to ensure that upon your arrival your room is properly clean and sanitized. We ask that you please clean the dishes and cooking ware after each use
